90-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 90 days from the date your order was delivered.
If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging.
  • Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by ValtenGear are not eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

Send us a clear message stating that you wish to cancel/return your order.

2. Send Back Your Package

After contacting us, you will receive return instructions.

Please send the item to the provided return address along with your return confirmation.

Important:
Include a tracking number when sending the package.
You are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us. This helps avoid misunderstandings or lost parcels.

3. Receive Your Refund

Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You will receive an email confirming:

  • That we received your return
  • Whether your refund has been approved or rejected

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable or consumable items (not applicable to most ValtenGear products but listed for compliance)

Refund Timeline

After your return is approved, please allow a few business days for the credit to appear in your bank or payment account. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
